but, hand in the air, this wasn't all my own work.
The contributors to this thread who offered 'possible' records to be explored, the transcribers from FreeREG, the GRO, FindMyPast who have made this 1921 census available etc etc etc all contributed to me being able to finally suss this out.
Some of the sources carried a financial cost ( which I fully accept as it helps me and they are a commercial enterprise who need to recover their costs), but I am especially grateful for the kindness of the contributors to Rootschat who give of their time, knowledge and experience to help when others are stuck.
