Yes Kay99, that would be Sandy Gallop asylum, well deciphered - I knew he had spent time there but was unable to recognise the name in the scrawl.
As for excerpt 1: I think bbart mostly has it though I wish I could figure out those few gaps, particularly what it says about the 'forged document':
