On Ancestry 1881 the family is transcribed as MAGINRE living in Newton. Elizabeth Ann is listed as ANN.

Elizabeth Ann burial record saids her father is Joseph, not John, her father in law is John fairhurst and he appears on.marriage parish record with james Maguire as witness, possible Joseph dead in 1905. John Maguire could be an uncle, a lot of Maguire births in fylde, including a James 2 years after Elizabeth ann. Thank you all.

When & where did Elizabeth die please.

It is unusual for a married lady to have her parents names rather than her husband's on her burial record. (by that I assume you mean the record of where she was buried rather than her death certificate)

I thought  James Maguire would possibly be her brother -see my reply#6

possibly on the marriage image her father's name could be Josh (or Thos or John ) -very faint

Yes, the cemetery records. Perhaps it's way to tie up birth and death records when people moved around so much. Seems regular policy with records seen for this cemetery.

re 1891 & 1901

all the children including Ann who is registered as Elizabeth Ann have the mmn GRAHAM

Lancashire Marriage indexes for the years: 1880
Surname   Forename(s)   Surname   Forename(s)   Church / Register Office
GRAHAM   Ann Mary   MCGUIRE   John   Old Fylde Register Office or Registrar Attended

the youngest child would also possibly fit "Aunt Joss"

She died in 1919 after move to Rotherham in 1911. Her husband born in wigan so no premarital connections in yorkshire, guessing move was for work, being miners. No record of a joseph or Harriet Maguire in Rotherham, could have died at this point of remained in lancashire.
