- You do know George was baptised 31st March 1816 at Middlewich Cheshire, son of William and Jane Fryer, of course?

- And died c 1868? Ancestry has his probate record. Married MaryAnn Stredder in 1837 at Wolstanton Staffs. She seems to have predeceased him slightly?

On "Ancestry". They were at Hardinge Wood, Brieryhurst, Kidsgrove.
There was George 45, Mary A (wife)42, son Willie 18, grocer's assistant, sons Jesse 10, Alfred 8, George Hy 6, James 1 and Frank who was 4 months old. There was also a servant, and a visitor, who may have had a connection with that servant.
