Birth record look up please for mystery Richards

In the 1911 there is a daughter Lilian Eveline age 10 months but I can't see a birth for her on the GRO index with or without a mmn.

So perhaps the certificate could be related to her? I can't find one either.

The address will be Bushy Park, Wainfelin, Pontypool - they must have moved there after 1911 so it will be one of the daughters born thereafter.

This is the incorrect transcription (“Bedale”) from FreeBMD.  The correct reference (in Bedwellty district) is given on the GRO website, as posted upthread.

It was the daughter of Gwynneth who had it. Gwynneth married Morgan Bevan and these are my husband's grandparents.

So maybe the 1930 certificate is Ismay's as she was the last daughter or maybe it is Gwynneth's and she needed a copy of her original for something??

Most likely to be Gwynneth’s then if it was inherited from her.  She would have been turning 16 in 1930 so perhaps needed a copy certificate for a job or similar.
