SEAX website - Error message

Attempting to access SEAX website and continue to get the following error message:

This site is not secure

This might mean that someone’s trying to fool you or steal any info you send to the server. You should close this site immediately.

I'm using IE/Windows 10 and have never had problems previously.

Anyone else having problems?

Hi
Would you confirm the FULL URL that you are using to get to the site?     

It may be just be an expired security certificate somewhere on the site.

Everything looks OK with the above so obviously SEAX is having a fit for whatever reason.
Unfortunately it's been doing this for days  ???

I am getting the same warning on Safari.

 No problem if I type in the URL

It's not that the certificate has expired (valid until September).
It is that the website address is seax.essexcc.gov.uk whilst the certificate is for addresses ending .essex.gov.uk
