My Grandad wasn't sent to Canada,  however I'm interested to read all I can about the home.

Although it was supposedly one of the better ones in the UK my Grandad would never talk to us about his time there.  So, I received all his stories second hand through my Gran.  If Styal was one of the good ones I would hate to think what the bad ones were like  :-\ >:(
