A possible death for daughter, Olive, 1990, Kingston upon Thames, so Richmond on Thames is  a good possible for Priscilla.

Add - with correct birthdate.

Hi all and thank you for your contributions

William's wife Priscilla b 8/8/1885 St Martins, d 25/5/1971 Richmond upon Thames - her daughters Olive & Enid were nearby, both now deceased. Priscilla moved to R-o-T after William died. Their first daughter Minnie, also deceased, was my wife's mother. All 3 daughters born Pontsycyltte Police Station, Llangollen, Corwen Reg District. I have Priscilla's parents & her father's parents.

William's death may not give any further info but it would satisfy an itch to find it. Regrettably no surviving member of that tribe to ask for clues. I would hope there might be a record from his time as County Court Bailiff but not found anything so far - Wrexham nearest likely C. Court especially as he spoke Welsh but Shrewsbury a maybe.

Cheers from Down Under

I've just done a very broad search on the Oswestry Cemetery project but don't see a burial so far:

Thank you Gadget, your suggestion of death Oswestry 1966 has proven correct - cert just arrived, 3 weeks post to Oz is normal. He died aged 83 at Morda House hospital, I assume there will be no accessible records for his stay there. Now to try and sort through the options for his birth following previous suggestions in this post.
