This is a snip of the original register.  The third line is the relevant one, but I've included the others for comparison. Maybe someone can improve it to see what it might be.

SFHG say that the forename is not clear but have transcribed it as Mary.

Well, having seen the original, I wouldn't like to claim any interpretation at all .... :-\  Naomi seems a possible source, as suggested ?

nemo is Latin for nobody. Could it mean she hadn't been named?
