McCormack Caledon Co Tyrone.
« on: Tuesday 04 June 19 12:10 BST (UK) »
hello
Martha McCormac married on 13 Dec 1860 James Johnston at Caledon Parish Church. From the 1901 census we know she is a Widow and using  the information on the return that her Date of Birth was around 1844. Born Co Tyrone.

From her marriage certificate we know her father was  James McCormac  a labourer.   I have tried looking at Groni but have not identified a death for him or his daughter. Sorry dont know her mothers name or any of her siblings.
Would like to find out more about this McCormac family in Co Tryone if possible.

Many Thanks .

What townland addresses are on Marriage reg?
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

From the 1901 census you know she is a Widow but where is she living?

Many thanks for that possible lead on the 1911 return. On the marriage certificate both addresses are given as Caledon. --I have a feeling she had been in service on a Estate there. There is no street given.  On the 1901 return its Kilsampson ,Caledon.

Many thanks.
