Commonwealth Graves Commission would like to contact relatives of Pvt Harold  Bingham - born 1888 - Macclesfield -  Died 6 November 1918 2nd South Gen Hsp- Enlisted Macclesfield Cheshire. Regimental Number 245288 - Regiment Labour Corps - Formerly 2021, Ches. Regt.

The private memorial marking the grave of Private Bingham no longer provides adequate commemoration.The commission is in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

Clara Jane Susan Bingham remarried in quarter 4 of 1926 to Alfred Hodkinson - Macclesfield - 8a 257 -

Alfred Hodkinson - died 19 February 1930 - administration 1 July to Clara Jane Susan Hodkinson (widow) and Emily Wardle (wife of John Thomas Wardle)

Clara J S Hodkinson remarried to William Oliver quarter 2 1943 - Macclesfield - 8 a 429 -

Clara Jane Susan Oliver died 14 January 1956118 Newton Street Macclesfield (wife of William Oliver)  - probate 17 March 1956 - Norman Bungham - textile departmental foreman.

The son Norman Bingham born 26 December 1906 Macclesfield passed away 1983 - 35 - 0760

Norman Bingham was listed on the  UK, Royal Navy Registers of Seamen's Services, 1848-1939 -
First Ship Served On:   Vivid II - First Service Date 20 Oct 1925 - Last Ship Served On Vivid II - Last Service Date 3 Jul 1926 -

Norman could have married twice. First marriage to Margaret Ward - 1927 Macclesfield -
There is a death for Margaret Bingham - July 1932 Macclesfield - 8a 261

Norman Bingham could have a second marriage July 1935 Macclesfield - to Elleen M Silcock - 8a 483 Macclesfield -
