Samuel CONSTABLE and Elizabeth ALLEN

Samuel CONSTABLE married Elizabeth ALLEN at St Nicholas, Rochester on 24 Aug 1792.

No idea of her parentage, but her father could have been the Charles ALLEN the vicar who married them. Samuel was the son of Robert CONSTABLE and Mary HARWOOD and baptised at Hoo Allhallows on 1 Nov 1772, died Chatham 1840

Endeavouring to find all their children. They moved around a bit. The ones I have are:

Robert baptised at Stoke, Kent on 24 May 1795
Samuel baptised at Hoo Allhallows on 10 May 1801
Mary Ann baptised at Hoo Allhallows on 8 Apr 1804
Christopher baptised at Hoo Allhallows on 7 Jun 1807 died Chatham 1834
Phillis born Southend, baptised at Prittlewell, Essex on 3 May 1812 died Chatham 1837
William Thomas born Southend, baptised at Prittlewell 3 Sep 1815 died 1862 in Australia.

There is enough gap between some of the above for there to have been more. There is a couple of trees on Ancestry that have a John born 1797 at Rotherhithe, but have not seen anything to definitely confirm this.

There is an image of the baptism on ancestry for John 18 June 1797 age 42 days, parents Samuel and Elizabeth Constable.

There is no mention of fathers occupation or a street address that could have proved useful

There was an Elizabeth Constable baptised Stoke 27th January 1793, parents Samuel & Elizabeth

Looked at the Prittlewell Essex baptisms of Phillis and William Thomas.
Phillis has father mariner of Southend.
William Thomas has father waterman of Southend

There is also a Charles baptized St Nicholas Godstone Surrey 26 May 1816 parents Samuel and Elizabeth Constable, father listed as a carrier so perhaps not the same family
