https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp  is up and running

A Search like this will get any CIVIL Registrations for FOX. (see  https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/civil-records/help/what-civil-records-are-on-line )

You can Tick Marriages etc and use Year Ranges etc. Those with page no's don't have Images yet.

Even if one doesn't know District one can omit it and just put Name and Years and Search

Hi Hallmark

Thanks I managed to get that link via the information you gave me yesterday through messing around. I have tried to obtain copies but site only allowing me to go back as far as 1924. I'm probably looking in the wrong place. I have sent them an email. The site says records go back to further than 1860. But for the moment it's not allowing a search. Hopefully they will respond to me today.
Thanks
Have a great morning
Annemarie

From 1900 the Mother's Maiden name is also used..

This Search on https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/advanced-civil.jsp   will get ALL children born where mother was FOX

If father was Smith, then just put Smith in the Last Name box and Fox in as mother and Search

Obviously if you know the District Office you can put that in. etc

Thats weird. My great, great gran died in 1904 36yrs after her husband James Fox. I am able to get her second marriage certificate and notification of her death at the same address. It looks like my great, great grandfather passed sometime between 1867 and 1870. It says he was 36yrs old. I am then directed to the site and asked to request a copy of the certificate. But when I do that I can't get past 1924. I have managed to get the records of some of his children too phewwww This is becoming addictive.
