His army service record is on FindMyPast. I see that he served in South Africa  and was discharged medically unfit  29 March 1902. There is a death which may be his :

Thomas Morrison b abt 1882 2Q 1902 Preston 8E 423

There are several Blake/Latus births in Preston 1904-1913.

I found that death too, and the marriage and 1911 census as Kay has found.

The daughter born in Preston was Mary Ellinor Blake, and the GRO index has her birth (as Mary Eleanor) in Jun qtr 1908 with mother's maiden name Latus. Looks like we've got her.

(1911 census image shows 5 children in all, of whom 3 had died.)
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
