Looking for Mr. Gillmanīs family in Sailsbury Southern Rhodesia

I have the following information and would welcome any further details if available on-line.

Elsie Mary Millicent Pow born Dec Q 1884 in Walcot, Bath, Somerset emigrated to Southern Rhodesia and married a Mr. Gillman there :-\ – year not confirmed.

They had the following children:-
Joan Gillman born 1916 – believed to have been born in Bitton, Gloucestershire.
Ray Gillman  born 1917 Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia
Joseph Gillman born 1918 Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia
S. J. Gillman (male) born 1919 Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia

Elsie Gillman travelled to and from London and Cape Town - Ancestry's Ship Passenger Lists - 1890 to 1960 has this comment for one of her journeys.

Elsie Gillman - born 1884 - aged 65 years - London to Durban South Africa - 12 May 1949 - Dunnottar Castle - last UK address - 5 Penywern Road. London SW 5 - Elsie was a curator. Going to Tanganyika.

Elsie Gillman died 16 Jun 1968 in Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia and was buried in the Pioneer Cemetery.

Southern Rhodesia was renamed Zimbabwe 18 Apr 1980.

On FamilySearch there are death notices for from Zimbabwe for  Hyman Gillman and Elsie Gilman.  I'm pretty sure that Hyman was Elsie's husband - the right age group. same number of children and E. Gillman was the informant and widow.

The names of the children seem a bit off, but maybe some were nick-names.

One of the children matches my informant who now lives in England; he was her father.
