WWII Japanese Surrender images found in lost pile

I was sent somewhere between 1000-200 photos to scan for family and these ones were among the hidden treasures.
Maitland- Belfast, Newtonards, Lisburn, Comber
McIlwain-Bothwell, Dalziel, Holytown, Motherwell, Scotland; Belfast, Saintfield, Ballynahinch, Ireland
Laird- Kilcronaghan Parish, & Belfast, Ireland; Bellshill, Motherwell, Scotland
Rodgers & McConnell-Newtonards & Comber

Hi Ann....How interesting...thanks for sharing....these would benefit from a tidy up, why not put them on the Photo Restoration board for repair.

I have six images of this historic signing. All battered and so sad they were not in my possession earlier. I would have taken better care of them.

How do I transfer these two image to that board?  It will not let me repost them unless I change the file name
