Essex electoral roll lookup request

Hello. Does anyone have access to the Essex electoral rolls in the 1950s? I am looking for Alice Rebecca Edwards, likely to be in West Ham (possibly Ruscoe Road), for the years 1952 - 1960. Any help will be appreciated.

Born 1929. She may be with her father Joseph, or brother, also Joseph.

If she is at Ruscoe Road it will be the right one as her family is there pre and post that date.
