Thanks Annie,

Our Andrew Hutton was born 1884 in Peterhead, so that isn't out Andrew...
But thank you for replying.
I think it will be very difficult to trace Andrew in S.A....We think he never married.

So you've already been given Thomas estate papers ... Here is the link anyway so others can check it for themselves: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9FQ-Q75L?i=16&cat=2212726

Andrew seems to be living locally mid 1953 when he gets the remainder of his inheritance, but I can't find anything for him after this.

But we didn't ... !

At the moment those more recent deaths are not always (easily) indexed/online yet. I suspect that you'd need indexes for the western cape (like Thomas'). However, if can't wait a few years and if you are desperate, there are a bundle of indexes at the bottom of the following page. You could give them a go ... who knows, Andrew might be among them: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/331262?availability=Family%20History%20Library
