Could well be.  The one I found died in Odiham, Hampshire, but the estate was registered in the Transvaal.  He was born on 9/11/1907 and died on 27/3/1970.

Hi Arthur F Standard in Transvaal is a different person.
I'm looking for any info on Joseph Butler's life in Cape town, South Africa (died 1949)  who was married to Emily who died young and yes had a son Arthur who I have fair bit of history on.
Cheers
Thanks for your help though
