They look to be be the banns read 14th November 1813 Llanelli St Elli and 11th December 1813 Llanon for a marriage of William Evan & Mary Jones

Sorry, I should have read your initial reply more carefully. Would you consider it unusual for the banns to be read in one church and the marriage to occur in another?

Hi the banns were read 21st Day of November and 28th Day of November Llanelly  St Elli William of this parish Mary of Llanon
Possible child John 1817 Llanelly, St Elli

Banns were read in the parish of bride and groom if  different parishes.

The LLanon marriage register for their wedding reads " William Evan, bachelor of Llanelly of the County of Carmarthen...." and  "Mary Jones, spinster of the Parish of the Parish of Llanon ...."
