1881 Census

Name:
G W Mc Kenzie Greive

Age:
3 Mo
Pitsligo, Aberdeenshire

with mother Ann (1846).

I'm pretty sure this is his birth on Scotland's People:

MCKENZIE

WILLIAM GEORGE

M

1881

233/ 4

Pitsligo

So-did Ann McKENZIE go on to marry a GRIEVE??

Mini biography with birth 26 December 1880 at Sandhaven, Fraserburgh which would be registered 1881 which looks like Maureen's post.

http://ecclegen.com/ is always worth a look for any minister, not just the Free Kirk ones.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
