Sorry I've had no luck finding a passenger list  ???

There are several public trees on Anc*y and no passenger list for parents, birth or marriage certs and the only UK census mentioned 1861 / 1871

Picture of George’s sister Annie Elizabeth Hoskin bn1856 d1926 ,
her husband William John Lugg
pictures of 4 of their children
There’s this mention of their immigration - quote
"29 May 1875
Ship "Blair Gowrie" arrived Lyttelton 23 August 1875.
Only voyage this ship made to NZ.
This was the maiden voyage of this clipper ship., which had 430 government immigrants,
described as mostly West Country farm labourers.
Annie and Bill were married a few weeks before it left from London.
Perhaps Annie's parents were also on board."

Another tree mentions Jesse Hoskin married Sarah Keast in 1885 NZ there’s a family picture, 1886 they were resident Ellesmere, Canterbury, New Zealand

Jesse Hoskin Death Age 78
Death Date 29 Jan 1941
Sarah Hoskin Death age 77
Death date 6th April 1941
Burial Place Canterbury, North, Central, New Zealand
Cemetery Springston Public Cemetery Row L 521

Here's the details of the 1871 census Piece 2306 Folio 15 Page number 4

Emily Hosking   Daughter               7   Ruan Major, Cornwall
Sidney Hosking   Son                       6   Grade, Cornwall
George Louis Hosking   Son   1   Grade, Cornwall

I cannot find a birth entry for George Lewis/Louis Hoskin(g) on GRO indexes to confirm his mother's maiden name BRAY ???
There is this entry but NO mmn

census gives father William pob at St Keverne - this might be his baptism, although father not named on m/c

and you can view their 1855 marriage cert
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-6Q8Q-Z23?i=119&cc=1769414
No father named for William says deceased, father of Elizabeth, John Bray

Here’s mention of death William 1903 & Elizabeth 1907
https://billiongraves.com/grave/Elizabeth-Bray-Hoskin/26885104

It appears George's brother Edwin James Hoskin may have married in NZ 1885 Christina HAY

The Private Baptism date 10th November 1878 St Keverne Cornwall

Emily age 16
Sidney age 14
George Lewis age 9
Lois age 5
Father William HOSKIN,  occ., Lab., mother Elizabeth abode The Downs

HOSKING, LOUISA    mmn   BRAY
1874  S Quarter in HELSTON  Volume 05C  Page 211

Due to these children being baptised in Cornwall it's possible that immigration year could be late 1878 and before the 1885 marriage in NZ of their sons Jesse & Edwin

Do they name both parents on a NZ marriage cert. ?

think this is William in 1841

Coverack, St Keverne HO107/138/2 folio 22 pg 6
James Mildron 40
Grace 50
Wm Hoskin 10

the census is just after the couple's marriage on 27 May 1841

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01o2f/

The only William Hosking burial in St Keverne between 1831 and 1841 is for William aged 70 19 Dec 1834.Coud explain why William didn't remember him. Possible marriage 27 Aug 1809 for William Hosking of St Keverne and Grace Stapleton of Mullion

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01o2g/

The lack of father for Grace on 1841 marriage would fit with the St Keverne baptism 12 Dec 1790 for Grace Matthews Stapleton daughter of Elizabeth.
