Virginia Hansen

Hi there,

I have just been doing research on a part of my American family tree. I have become stuck and would be most delighted if anyone would like to assist. I have been trying to find out about Virginia Lorraine Hansen.

My research:

Virginia was approx born in 1920? as the youngest daughter of Louis Hansen (b.1885  d.1958) and Stella Eve Christensen (b. 1891  d. 1976). She had one sister Dorothy Marguerite Hansen (b. 1911  d. 2006). Virginia married Emery Leroy Anderson (b. 1915  d. 1987). They lived in Portland, Oregon, where I believe they raised 2 children? Virginia passed away on November 6th, 1966.

Dorothy M Hansen married John H Epperson in 1934. (announcement attached below-Oregonian-September 8, 1934).

Here they are in 1940 census. They have his first name incorrectly listed as James H?.. They have a daughter.

They had 3 daughters and eventually they got divorced. He got remarried.

John H. died in 1993. His obit mentions his ex wife as well as the married names of their 3 daughters.

Dorothy M's mother Stella died in 1976. Her obit names her 2 daughters as well the names & locations of her  5 grandchildren. Three from Dorothy and the 2 from Virginia.

I also just found that Kathryn Charity Epperson married Alan Merit Curtis - I don't know the date. They had a daughter Emily Kathryn Jean Curtis.

Karen Epperson and William D. Bain also had a son called Will.
