Hi,

Gordon's obit (see above) says he and A had been married for 54 years...that means married around 1954.  He was born in 1924.  It is certainly possible that A is still living...I have not found an obit for her. 

Gordon's obit doesn't mention any children.

Albert's obit (details posted on the other thread), says he is buried in St. Johns Norway cemetery, Toronto. 

Findagrave - shows him (military stone), but not Florence.

Have you contacted the cemetery to see if she is also buried there - if so, what is the date of burial (would help to find an obit).

Albert's obit mentions his wife Florence - not as a "late wife"...also, she placed a memorial notice in the paper on the first anniversary of Albert's death.  She survived him.

1951 has Florence (wid Albert) at 211 Torrens
1952 has Florence (wid Albert) at 211 Torrens
1953 - Florence is not listed in the directory.
1954 - Florence is not listed in the directory.
1955 - Florence is not listed in the directory.

I have emailed St Johns Norway cemetery to ascertain whether Florence is now there with Albert. According to the earlier topic, Sandra reported that Florence was in 1974 living at Scarborough East, at 225 Lawrence Ave East Apt?
