Hi, I wonder if we are looking at the same family. I have a decendant Elisabeth Pitman bapt 12/9/1784 North Cadbury who married Aaron Hoskins at Ansford in 1815.   Mark

The Ann Pitman I have was born about 1760. She had an illeg son William Pitman Alias Wadley with William Wadley 1787.  Don't know any more about him.
This William, 1787, married Anne Hoskins in 1812, after she had an illeg son, Andrew Hoskins in 1809. Andrew married Ann Foot in 1837, and they emmigrated to South Australia in 1840. Andrew is my 2nd g, grandfather.
Ann Foot born 1815, was the d/o John Foot and Eiizabeth (Betty) Parker.
The Foots had at least 6 children that I could find 1806-1820.
I don't think any of them left Nth Cadbury until my g. g. grandfather and his family.

Hi, it is strange that my name is Foot and my grandmother was a Hoskins. Aaron Hoskins married Elizabeth Pitman in 1815 at Ansford. The Pitman's had come from North Cadbury and I guess with a bit of digging that there would be a connection. If I find the link I will let you know.  Good luck with your research.  Mark
