Looking for a date of death and burial location for Nellie Beatrice Corman PATTERSON. The last record I have for her is a photo dated 1947. She is sitting next to her son John Corman Patterson. Photo was taken in Toronto. Nellie was born August 1, 1886 in Pelham. Married to Robert Patterson 1903 in Welland. (I have all that information) Nellie made several crossings into the USA. She spend several months in Florida visiting friends. Robert died Nov. 15, 1942. Burial in Fonthill BUT Nellie is NOT buried with him. (Robert's final resting place can be seen on Find A Grave along with son John C Patterson's in Parkview)

Just to save other people searching: I had a look on FamilySearch for a second marriage in Canada - but couldn't find one.

There are Nellie Patterson marriages in the USA on FamilySearch. Do you have her maiden name so these can be checked?

Obit for John Corman Patterson in the Globe and Mail on Oct 15 1949 page 24

It says he died at the residence 404 Lake Promenade, Long Branch (that is in Toronto) on Oct 12 1949. Husband of Gladys Mary Saul. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. (not "Parkview" as mentioned in your original post)

The Charles and Beatrice buried at Fonthill are from the 2nd marriage to Nellie. Robert Patterson was first married to Martha Carter. She died in 1901 (I have the date somewhere in my notes) Robert and Nellie married in Canada in 1903 (I have that date and record as well.) John Corman Patterson was my grandfather. I have a map of Parkview showing the location of John's grave. I'd like to see the obit from the GLOBE. None of the Pattersons lived in the states that I know of.
