I have a problem in that Mary and Carey born Horan was a widow her husband Peter Carey died in 1933 and is buried in Mount Jerome but I cannot find a death  for her  from memory she was born 1876
In the 1901 census in 1911 she’s recorded as Ann Carey  but it’s quite hard to match in with anyone most of the informants or hospital employees
The Anne I found which had a son called John and she did have a son called John unfortunately the obituary didn’t match
Her  husband’s headstone is quite ornate  so I can’t understand why I can’t find her  :(

Patrick died 1933 so I don’t think it’s him
So Mary Anne must have died after this date
Thank you for looking

Tried Carey nee Horan and only got a woman in 2000, her husband was Joseph
Tried Carey - wife of the late Peter got nothing.

Could she have remarried, moved abroad?

Well there is always that possibility
But she was born in Dublin had her children in Dublin her sisters all stayed in Dublin her sons were in Dublin
She was born 1876 she was a widow in 1933 so about 60 when Peter died I think she had a tough life she was a linen weaver
So my  instincts tell me she stayed where she was
One of her sons died the year after her husband and he is in a husband’s grave
She did have several boys so she could be with one of those I guess I’m at a loss really
I thought I had her the other day Mary Curry transcribed wrong
But sadly turned out not to be her
Thank you for trying

"...She was born 1876 she was a widow in 1933 so about 60 when Peter died..."

So...she was 24 in 1900!

Have you tried this Search on https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp and then checked those or correct age?

Allowing a few years each way on Age at Death!  Obviously checking Dublin ones first.
