Sandra, looks a possibilty. In 1921 record shows he was born in Ontario. I wonder if Lena had died prior to him between 1921-1933 and Sheila decided to go the usa in 1928. Possible Lena went with her?

I wondered that as well. Haven't found Lena crossing the border or a death in Michigan.  :-\

Sandra

Just to remind us - The border crossing in 1928 named her mother Lena N Towns living in Sombra, so indicates she was still living at that date. (10 July 1928)

I believe that the above two females went to the usa in 1917.
Lena's husband Reuben had died in 1914 in the uk.
Lena's maiden name was Parsons born in Ireland c1863 and daughter Sheila Alice born in Belfast Ireland c1909
Can you please give any further info. I think Sheila does appear on the 1930 census, did she ever marry?, did mother Lena ever re-marry and when did she die.
Any info welcome.
