You’d need to share that date of birth, and anything else you know - where did he live, what child of his are you descended from and when/where was that child born.

Also what is the source of the birthdate that you have?

At the moment we don’t even know what country or century your research is concerned with.

My apologies,  Edward was born in 1602 probably in Wrington, Dorset His son was also Edward b 1622 and married Margret Eaton and their first born was John b. 1642. This is my direct line.
i have no reason to suspect that they lived anywhere but in East London i.e. Bethnal Green/Shoreditch.

I'm unable to find Wrington listed here:  http://www.opcdorset.org/index.htm

Google search shows a Wrington in Somerset.

Where did you find Edward's (b.1602) details?

I’m a bit confused as well. You say they never lived anywhere but East London, but you’re looking at a place in the West Country. Im sure people here will be happy to help,  but at the moment this sounds like a stab in the dark. Who is the most distant ancestor on this line whose birth and family details you’ve been able to confirm? Perhaps work back from there?
Bradbury (Sedgeley, Bilston, Warrington)
Cooper (Sedgeley, Bilston)
Kilner/Kilmer (Leic, Notts)
Greenfield (Liverpool)
Holyland (Anywhere and everywhere, also Holiland Holliland Hollyland)
Pryce/Price (Welshpool, Liverpool)
Rawson (Leicester)
Upton (Desford, Leics)
Partrick (Vera and George, Leicester)
Marshall (Westmorland, Cheshire/Leicester)
