67th Regiment Native Infantry, Lieutenant William Cole

I am trying to find information on Lieutenant William Cole who died in 1833 in Banda while serving in the military. He was in the 67th Regiment Native Infantry. I can find his death and a few listings in UK Discovery archives https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/results/r?_q=WILLIAM+COLE+67th but nothing that points to where he was born or other information. Does anyone have suggestions for more information on the 67th as well? Thanks.

That was an East India Company regiment, not British Army.

Thanks very much ShaunJ! The FIBIS is a new database to me. I didn't realize the 67th was part of the East India Company so I was able to find something on William Cole as well as another branch of the family (unrelated), Robert and Thomas Wissett. Thanks for the Google books information as well. I will see if I can get more with that information which was exactly what I needed! I really appreciate your help!
