Help please with the "Raggatt" Family

Can anyone help with the "Raggatt" family?

I am following the Raggatt family line and would like to know if the 2 husband's of Florence Walker were related?
Both of her husband's and her mother have the surname "Raggatt"

Florence Walker b.1880, Neath, Wales married twice to a "Raggatt"
First spouse:
Ernest Frederick William Raggatt b.1870, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England
Married: 1905, Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales

Second Spouse:
Arthur Lloyd Raggatt b. 1891, Natimuk, Victoria, Australia
Married: 1916, Parish Church, Llantwit, Neath, Glamorgan, Wales

Florence's  Mother: Eliza Raggatt  b.1846, Yate, Gloucestershire, England
Father: Joseph Walker  b. 1845, Thornbury, Gloucestershire, England

Raggatt, Rockett, Rackett, Ragett, Raggett
It depends on who has transcribed the information

index for Eliza's marriage to Joseph Walker 22 May 1869 gives her father as James Raggatt. Family is on the 1851 census in Yate with surname noted as Rackett HO107/1956 folio 566 pg 14.

Possible marriage for James Rackett 30 May 1837 to Ann Sargeant

It's possible that William & James were brothers, but haven't found baptisms as yet...

Firstly thank you for taking the time to send all this information on the Raggetts
I think there must be a connection between all these Raggetts marrying with the same surname
I have never come across somebody marrying twice with the same surname

Please may I ask a question:
How do I find the Volume and Page Number for the GRO on a Marriage in 1778 and 1809?
Daniel Raggatt married Hannah Farmer 19 Oct 1809 at Westerleigh, Gloucestershire
William Raggatt married Susanna Gardner 22 Jun 1778 at Old Sodbury, Gloucestershire
Free bmd does not start until Sept. 1837
I have also looked at Ancestry and FindMyPast without success
