"... Isabella married John TATE and it is their daughter that is with her on the 1901 census....."

Are these connected to either or both families or none?

Question is who was Eliza Rutherford? Was she related to all the people in her will or did she just know everyone in the area 😂

Part of this lot.... I reckon

I don't want to steer you wrong but from that thread I looked up stuff in Dublin...and from memory (as I no longer have this stuff as the other poster wasn't in contact since ) these Shaws were originally from Coolaney!

I think it was stuff about a Mill.

I know the actual will is dated 1875 but it does not tally with the calendar of wills index that says she died 1884

I will have to look further but maybe James McKimm was the brother of Matilda? James being the father of Eliza Warren McKimm who married John Tate.. I saw the 1901 census with Kathleen Tate (niece) so this would fit.
Interesting that Eliza has the middle name Warren as that surname comes from the Shaw side. Eliza Warren was the mother of George Warren Shaw. Mind you Eliza Warren's sister Letitia married Francis Whittaker (the parents of Isabella Whittaker who married George Warren Shaw - obviously cousins!).

What a tangled web! Time to count the toes.  :o

Kathleen TATE was the daughter of Dr John TATE and Matilda’s sister Isabella Marion

Phone acting up or I’d add link to her birth and their marriage which was in St Peter’s in Dublin.
