Thomas and Ann Watson had twins baptized in Waterbeach, 7 July 1695. A boy and a girl, named after the parents.

Then a son John baptized there, 13 March 1697/98

Hi Jon

That's interesting is there any indications on the Waterbeach births that Thomas was a Wheelwright. That was a well respected trade in the 17th century and I am surprised that he had all those children before moving to Bottisham and marrying there

Kind Regards

David.

Hi, no indication at all.
There are marriages later in Waterbeach of an Ann and a Thomas Watson who perhaps might be the twins.

Bottisham Thomas died in 1703.

There is a Thomas Watson marriage at Whittlesey St Mary to An(n) Speechly, 21 January 1691. Followed by a Mary Watson baptism there in 1692, father Thomas.
But for various reasons I am not at all sure how likely that marriage is to be the one we are looking for. If that makes sense.

Hi Jon

If that Thomas died in 1703 that explains why there was only the one birth in Bottisham
