Well, sometimes the Empire was short on reporters and it had been suspended for nearly a year until May 1859 due to Henry's bankruptcy ... so it needed to fill up its pages with Central Police Court reporting.

Debra, I had forgotten about using wildcards when searching the internet :-[ :-[ :-[

Thank you, and majm, for finding that information. Using Debra's idea, I found the report. Even though it gives the name of Hutchinson, the other information agrees, with the name of the wife, and three children being with her at the time.

The information from the Empire report is very interesting regarding his potential earnings.
