Comberton baptisms are on FreeREG, so you could perhaps find the details for yourself.

Hello
Thomas Aungier baptised Comberton 4 Oct 1601 s of Richard and Mathew Aungier.
Siblings
Elizabeth 7 Sep 1600

It looks like Mathew/Martha must have died and father Richard remarried at Comberton to Susan Stevens 30.11.1607
Their children Jeane 4 Sep 1608-8.6.1614,Elizabeth 25.2.1609,Robert 23.6.1611,William 11.7.1613

Burial for Martha wife of Richard 5.6.1604
Richard buried 13.12.1614

ps Richard left a PCC Will as Richard Anger 1615.It mentions son Thomas paying wife Susan £10 per year and inheriting the farm.
Brother William Aungier and brother in law William Barton
Elizabeth Robert and William get £40 each.
Daughter Margaret the best  bed

There is also the Will for Thomas's wife in 1682 on there.
