Wilkins of Pensacola
« on: Wednesday 04 September 19 15:28 BST (UK) »
Have found ancestors who emigrated to Pensacola, Escambia, Florida
James Wilkins 1805-1851 from Great Ellingham Norfolk m Phillipa S Dominguez
I'm very interested in their children, particularly in Emmanuel 1842-1864 died of small pox in prison, captured at Battle of Gettysburg and Ignatio John 1851-1876, unknown cause of death
A book has been written called 'The Five Daughters of Manuel Dominguez' by Dicy Villar Bowman and has info about both of these
I'm unable to find this for sale anywhere in England and is not available on line (?)
Can you help?

There appears to be a copy on line. Google the title and click on the result for archives.uwf.edu. I tried to copy and paste to here but it wouldn't work for some reason.

Here is the table of contents from a different source....

There are copies for sale through sources like Amazon but I don't know what kind of access you would have from where you are located.

Hi - I was part of the group that helped get that book scanned.  Did you ever get a copy of the PDF of that book?  If not, I can help get a copy to you.
