1841 census lookup PLEASE HELP

I am desperate to find a family memeber on the 1841 census. I have been looking for him for a very long time and the 1841 census is the only one i will find him alive on.
George Watson was married on the 15 March 1841 in Leeds (parish Church) to Elizabeth Newell. He is of full age Occ Cooper address Nelson Street father Joseph Watson also a Cooper.
In 1842 there first child Alfred was born on 14 Feb in Chapel Allerton.
In 1843 the second child Hannah born In Ashton Lancashire.
In 1848 Mary and William born 29 Dec at Nells Yard Holbeck.
George dies on the 4 Sept 1849 in 7 BUnt Street Holbeck age 33
I have searched the 1841 census for Holbeck and Hunslet and Chapel Allerton but without success.
Can anyone help me with this one.
