I think the surname Sunshine was Sonnschein or Sonnenschein in Germany and Austria.

for Vienna Austria you should find some documents on familysearch.
for other parts of Austria you should look at http://www.hohenemsgenealogie.at/
or the blog of the Austrian Jewish Museum Eisenstadt https://www.ojm.at/blog/
or you could search in the newspapers of Austria (with Bohemia, Moravia, Hungary) http://anno.onb.ac.at/
