William Hougham Hudson

The above was a physician and surgeon who took over his father’s practice in Graaff-Reinet in partnership with his brother, James but I don't know when. I think he may have been the son of Charles Hougham Hudson (1868-1947) who married Mary Pattinson Steele in 1896, he too was a physician.
He married Elsie Winifred Bunner (1905-1989) but don't know when or where? They had a son and daughter both born I believe in the 1920s probably in SA.
Elsie Winifred nee Bunner was the subject of another post some while ago.
Trying to find information in SA has been very trying but perhaps as ever you can find more out in the obits, etc?

Date can t be correct though Elsie would not be old enough...

Hi cath151, I've never come across that site before but it does have some interesting records! The marriage date may well be right at 1927 as Elsie was born in 1905, so 22 would be a good age to marry.
Pity I can't see the image, I can never seem to figure FSO records out?
