There is a marriage - 1872 in Ahoghill for Esther Lees to Robert Perry. Her father is recorded as David Lees, farmer.

2 interesting households in County Dublin on 1901 census.
Margaret Perry, widow, daughters Esther Lees (21) and Frances Perry (17) + George Maguire, nephew.
Samuel Oldham Lees (43), b. England, a visitor in household of Lancelot Smith. Lancelot, his wife, his niece and his sister-in-law, Isabella Mounsey (or Morrisey) were all born in County Tipperary. Mrs Elizabeth Smith (nee Morrisey or Mounsey) was born in Nenagh, Tipperary.

Margaret Perry (widow) with daughters Esther Lees (married) & Frances Perry (single) & a nephew George Maguire in 1901- all born Dublin City-
http://census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Dublin/North_Dock/Upper_Tyrone_Street/1329954/

Esther Perry, daughter of Joseph Perry (dec.), married just before census to William Henry Lees-

Esther Perry born 1878 Dublin- parents Joseph Perry & Margaret Ball-

Not sure that this family has anything to do with an Esther Lees m. Robert Perry in Ahoghill which is miles from Dublin.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I agree aghadowey. It would seem to be just coincidence.

This is great thanks! From that I managed to find the image of the record on ancestry as well as the baptism record of daughter Esther Lees from 1850! (spelt Hestor in the record)

The Samuel Lees, Farmer who died 1890 Ballylummin, Ahoghill must be David Lees' brother. Do you know if original versions of these wills survive?

I explored the Dublin family a bit but it doesn't seem to be related to mine, thanks for the clue though.
