Thanks to everyone for their time and imput. it really is most appreciated.

So far I can't find Frederick on any census.
I can access "Results for Hampshire, Portsmouth Workhouse Registers" on FMY but there are no relevant results for Fuller or even O'Rourke/O'Rorke.

Interesting Alice's mother Catherine Bradshaw can't be located (by me anyway) on the 1891 census eithwe. I have her on the 1861, 1871, 1881 and 1901 census. By 1901 she was living in Alverstoke

Interestingly on the 1881 census she has two boarders - both aged 10. One described as "deaf" and one described as "cripple". I wonder if she housed them due to her own disability.
