I'm researching the Yencken family, I understand from a probate notice.
 
That NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Miss Josephine Ellen Galatea Yencken late of Wattle Tree Cottage, Greenhill Gardens, Herne Bay, Kent, deceased, who died on the I3th day of June 1937 part of extract from  THE LONDON GAZETTE, 11 FEBRUARY, 1938

I'd like to find where this property is so as to find did Josephine own it or not at the time of her death.
I'm yet to find her probate documents that might also assist me.
If she did own it it is then how do I obtain a title search showing her ownership?
I live in Australia so I'm needing some assistance/guidance as to where to find this information.
