A bit late to the party on this one I'm afraid.  I can't help with identifying the wife of Edward Tredwell b1736, though I do have his baptism at Bucknell on a large Tredwell family tree (researched mainly in the 1990s).

What I CAN help with is William Tredwell 1738-1807, an ancestor of mine via the Abbotts family of Banbury.  I have him as the first cousin of Edward, i.e. not his brother.  Edward does have a brother called William b.1738, which probably accounts for the confusion, I was initially misled by this myself.  But William 1738-1807 is probably the son of a Jeffrey Tredwell 1704-1777, yeoman of Wendlebury.  The ancestry of William shown on a large tree on FamilySearch is probably wrong, it shows his father as a John b1712 and then goes back several generations.
