Commonwealth Ear Garvges Commssion seek relatives of Pvt Samuel Belovitz - London Regiment - Service No 573379 - died 27/8/1917 - burial Plashet Jewish Cemetery -
Suffered from a gastric ulcer. He was treated at Tooting Military hospital for TB and was discharged from the Army from there. He was only in service for 291 days, of which 108 days were on active service in France. Buried 29/08/1917

The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

Samuel lived at 88 Balaam Str, Plaiston E - 1916 British Army WWI Pension Records.
