Look up: Ann White & Adam Scott, Castlewood Cemetery, Jedburgh
« on: Sunday 13 October 19 01:52 BST (UK) »
Hello. Ann White's Death Notice in the Jedburgh Gazette of 2 May 1891 indicates she was buried at Castlewood Cemetery, Jedburgh. Its likely her husband Adam Scott, who died 2 Dec 1888, was interred there also. Can someone help me by providing their MI details please (assuming they have a headstone). Thank you.

Us Kiwi blokes are often characterised as soft-spoken and reserved, but in this case I'll make an extreme exception ... Yippee ;D
Thanks Barbara.

Hi, you perhaps already have it- but I have the will of Adam Scott, Jedburgh.
I have a great grandfather, Adam Scott, but it's not this one. This one was a China merchant, lived on the high street and was married to Robina. Anyway, I downloaded his will from Scotland's People, if anybody would like the information from it you're very welcome!

Hi MerryKerry
Got that copy of the Will from you as arranged by PM. Good to have. Thanks.
Incidentally, what was the place and date of birth of your Adam Scott ancestor?
