I think we need the answers to replies 1 - 4 before any further searches.

No death or remarriage in Scotland for wife Ruby and no death in England

Per GRO she was Ruby Mary Conry Amer - mmn Conry born in Birkenhead March qtr 1898

Parents both b Birkenhead - Joseph Amer & Sarah ConEy per freebmd & Lancs BMD married 1895.  Sarah was definitely Conry per birth reg and marriage cert (online)

Aha!
The Birkenhead Ruby married in the Wirral in 1916
Ruby Mary Conry Barr AMER + Christopher Rawdon at Moreton, Christ Church.

So we have the death of the right Mrs Barr (Robina) in 1986!

Ruby was surname Amer - mother was Sarah Conry.  Please see earlier replies which show her birth & baptism details.  She married Robert Barr in 1919 in Scotland

Edit
Now I'm getting confused.  Ruby or Robina??  We need the OP to clarify

What confused me is you show the 1916 marriage as Ruby Mary Conry Barr in reply 22 when it should be Amer hence my reply
