A tree on Ancestry has the 1901 Walter marrying Dorothy Gertrude Penzer in Paget Bermuda in 1952 and dying either SA or Australia - date unknown. Dorothy was b 1906 Kings Norton per freebmd and was previously married to Charles Garbett in 1926
The 1952 marriage is on freebmd and was in Solihull so I don’t know where they got Bermuda from

I have recently put a gedcom tree on ancestry taken from my own private tree, and ancestry seems to have added unrelated place names where I didn't input full details eg. Chatham Kent (UK)..becomes Chatham Kent USA ..
