Thank you. Would you have need documentation or something to say you were traveling over to the channel island from England at all? Would she be on a passenger list of some sort?

The tree on Ancestry has all the census pages scanned from 1841 - 1891 plus the Jersey marriage record

No - she would not need any form of travel doc nor would there be any passenger records
