I have copies of the baptism for Samuel Henry, one dated 1799 and one dated 1800.  One is an original and one is a transcript (and we all  know how mistakes can be made when copying)

The baptism of Samuel Henry 31 Jan 1799 can be found in the parish records of Lynn St Nicholas on Family Search, image 35 of 111. It can also be found on the AT’s image 320 of 505.

The Baptism of Samuel 29Jan 1800 can be found in the parish register of Lynn St Margarets on Family Search, image 80 of 122. It also can be found on the AT’s dated 1755-1712 image 242 of 356.

These are both the originals.
As “amondg” says, it looks like were two Samuel’s.
