Simon White b. Bocking cir 1776

Any further information on Simon White born Bocking, Essex 1776 greatly appreciated as I believe this could be the Simon White who married Anne Field in Newgate, London 10 Sep 1807 and lived with her and their children in Aston, Herts until his death there in 1815. This is the only Simon White that fits the timeline.
I have all his Aston details and know that he married Ann (e) field as father of Ann(e) was a butcher and is named with occupation on the marriage details. Thanks.
Mainly researching the Lees from Herts but also compiling a one name study of Culverhouse

Simon White baptised 29 Sep 1776, son of George and Ruth White, of Bocking. He was the eldest known child and had younger siblings Thomas 1779, George 1782, John 1785, Henry 1788, Mary Ann White 1792 and William White 1795.

The marriage register says they were both of the parish in 1807 and witnesses was John Burnley and Ann Reeve.

Only 4 children born Aston, Hertfordshire Rhoda 1809, Joseph 1811, Elizabeth 1813 & Jane 1814.

There is a Simon White who was in the military bn Bocking but approx year of birth (1781) does not quite tally.

The marriage 10 September 1807 with witness John Bromley and Anne Reeve, there is no mention of parents or occupations. They were both single of the parish.
Simon signed his name Ann made her mark.
